CNC laser cutting technology has transformed fabrication, replacing traditional torch methods with precise, high-speed cutting. Our Mitsubishi LV Laser™, with 4000 watts of power, ensures accurate cuts within two thousandths of an inch. It excels in cutting steel up to ½”, aluminum up to ¼”, and stainless steel up to ¼”, offering high-speed accuracy across diverse materials and thicknesses. With a spacious 60” x 120” processing area, it consistently delivers high-quality edges for simple or complex parts.

Our two precision Amada™ press brakes consistently deliver high quality parts for our customers. The Amada™ name is industry recognized and accepted in the forming industry as a quality precision forming and metal bending machine.  With our Amada™ press brakes, we regularly and consistently produce formed parts in aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel in all thicknesses up to ¼”.  We have a wide selection of press brake tooling to facilitate the various forming requirements of our customers. 

We offer seven different kinds of welding operations to meet our customers’ requirements. TIG, MIG, Stick, Portable stick and Flux Core, Aluminum Spool Gun, and Spot welding. Our expert  welders are fully capable of fulfilling the welding requirements of our clients, consistently and reliably. 

Bend Up Metal employs a set of 8” rolls capable of roll forming any thickness of aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel up to ¼” thick and 60” wide. 

 With our PemSerter™ hardware installer, BendUp Metal can quickly and efficiently install a wide variety of nuts, studs, stand-offs, and much more in sheet metal parts for our clients. 

 BendUp specializes in precision metal design and engineering using CAD software. Our expertise ensures high-quality, efficient manufacturing processes tailored to client specifications and industry standards.
